Does it come with a stand (and/or a platform)?

Yes it comes with a good base that can even support the figure in air

Does it come with the speech bubble?

No, certain color star platiums have one or two different accessories

Most of the ones that are under $200.00 are likely a bootleg. Be careful what vendor you are buying from. I had one in transit for nearly a month and ended up cancelling my order.

is this articulated or non-articulated?

It is fully articulated and posable. Basically it's a high-end action figure.
