When do you use which spray?

I think any of the sprays can be used anytime of the day. I typically use the lavender in the evening just b/c I relate that scent with bedtime.

I think anyone can use these. Women in my family have always used Rosewater for their faces. The men didn't but I am sure that was not popular to do back then either. I don't see any problem with any sex using this spray.

Are these full size sprays?

No they are not, full size sprays are 8 oz and can be bought on the manufacturers website for $12, which is significantly cheaper then Amazon.
