how do you adjust the band, I have a small wrist?

if your wrist is small then it may not fight right . two options are either to cut the band or to adjust the buckle .

Mine is. I had it serviced at a Tissot shop and they verified it. It's good. Hard to read the dial in dim light. Can't understand why they did not add some kind of a lit dial
