AN OKAY BUY
These are novel devices for the beginner sushi chef. The video is a bit deceiving in that the nori has to be trimmed in order to close properly. I mean, it works, but whether you need all of this to make a simple roll is questionable. Products are made from BPA free plastic.

Cracked After Only a Few Uses
I used it 3 or 4 times and it worked well at first. However, when I used it a few days ago, I noticed cracks in the mold. I’ve always kept it stored in a cabinet, so I’m not sure why this happened.

The knife is incredibly blunt and useless ,there’s no suchi Matt in the kit, it produces very big suchi chunks , and finally its not that easy and quick ,still hard to roll and finish, I do not recommend at all .
