I’m about to be 45yrs old and my cycle has been out of control for the last 4-5 years, extremely heavy and uncomfortable and my typical 28 day cycle is no longer the norm. I decided to get bloodwork done to check my hormones, as expected they are inconsistent as this is what perimenopause does to our hormones. So, down the rabbit hole I went, I started taking this Vitex, also got wild yam cream (to use on day 7 and on) and I also started intermittent fasting. I’ve immersed myself in books and podcasts (Fast like a Girl, Obesity Code etc) podcasts Dr Tabatha OBgyn and I can absolutely say that these changes have been incredibly positive. I just had my period after 27 days, it was 3 days of regular flow just like I’ve had pre-peri. I’ve lost 10lbs and I feel incredible. I’m now fasting 18-22 hours on average and 44-48 hours 1-2x a week, I give myself grace on weekends but don’t go crazy. I hope this helps other women who don’t know what is going on and conventional medicine may not be enough. Regarding this Vitex though, I believe this is very high quality ingredients and I am glad I made this decision.

This is absolute magic, unbelievable blessing. I have been TTC since 2022 and had 2 pregnancy loss. I have high TSH~3-4, PCOS and no so kind insulin resistance but started taking this about 8 days ago but i have also been taking vertex 450 mg of other brand from about 2 months but was not consistent. I had a negative test result a week ago and today after 12 days past from my due period i tested again and 😍 i can’t hold my tears back after seeing this result. I have tried clomid, letrozole and was supposed to go for IUI this month which i couldn’t for some family emergency but i stated taking vertex with a hope that let’s try this too… i am taking berberine, metformin and levothyroxin with inositol for about 2.5 years now and never had a positive result and besides them i certainly want to believe this thing helped me and worked for me. I am yet to get check and all done but my test result has been one of the miraculous thing that happened and i want to share and tell all girlies and women out there, keep believing and it will happen for you too🙏🏻❤️

I really like this product and would definitely recommend it. I'm currently in perimenopause, and after I started taking it, my period returned. Of course, everyone's experience may be different, but so far it's been working well for me, and I'm very pleased with the results.

I only started taking these a month ago.. They say it takes a few months so I'll update. Suffering from hormonal acne and hoping this will help! **UPDATE** It has been almost 3 months and I have to say that I see a difference. The acne isn't all gone, but there has been a significant improvement. I also drink Spearmint tea daily to lower androgen levels and I believe a combination of the two has helped. Make sure you stick to it, it won't work in a month it takes time, don't get discouraged.
