Great for child’s use
My 5 year old loves his. It holds together well unless an adult tries snapping it. After a few cracks from an adult the end completely unraveled. Obviously, it’s not for genuine use.

Cheap, but it is a toy.
It'll work for Halloween, but you greet what you pay for Would probably be better fit a childs costume rather then an adults. I should have spent a little more to greet something a little better, but did get it fast.

It’s a costume piece
I needed it for one costume party and it got the job done. The handle fell apart during my move between states and I got rid of it. It really wasn’t a big deal, it’s a cute little whip. If you’re serious about dressing up I would spend the money on something nicer though. This one is not at all heavy.
