What if I forget the default code? It’s not 000 since we change it? Is there a fix or can we send it back and trade it?

Will the coins stay in the trays if the box is tipped or turned upside down?

No, that wasn't the case with me. Once I closed the box, coins went all over the place. There's nothing directly covering the coin trays to keep them from falling out / commingling when carried sideways or upside down. I would have ordered a different box with coin tray cover if I had I known.

I did last for only 1 day!!!

The locking mechanism got stuck after one single day of use. No, I did not forget the password. It worked fine after setting my chosen combination, as I tried a few times after. The very next day, it wouldn't work. Sending it back for a refund with cash inside was not an option so I had to break the lid to get the contents. Once opened, I confirmet the locking mechanism to be completely stuck. I couldn't reset the combination nor open it with the combination I had previously chosen. Completely unreliable.
