Will it 2005 silverado 4 door truck

I have a 2004 chevy silverado z 71 extended cab will the 212 inch subwoofer box fit underneath the backseat and will i still be able to use my backsea

I can't answer about your specific application but I can say that I have this sub-box in my 2000 Silverado LS Ex. Cab and it fits snugly under the rear seat with the seat in the down position. I am extremely happy with the box as the sound is excellent. Hope that helps!
