I have a 2019 subaru forester. Can you put the seats down and still kepp the car protector cover on ? Can you use the rear middle seat belt ?

It fits my 2020 Forester well. Only issue is the straps meant to loop around the bottom edges of the seat don't really have anything to loop around. The cover still stays in place well.

Does the backing rub off onto the seats? I’ve read other covers having this problem.

We have only had the cover for a short time and our seats are leather. We have had no problems with the backing rubbing off to date.
