10年ぐらい前のクリアマッスルは1日2回3錠ずつの計6錠飲むタイプでしたが、1日3回1錠ずつになりました その分新しいものはカプセルが大きいですが、飲みやすくするためにカプセルの材質をリニューアルしています 昔のものはすぐ溶けるカプセルを使用していたので水に濡れるとペタッとくっつきやすく 飲む際に喉に張り付いて、そのまま溶けてBetaTORで喉が焼けるほど痛くなることが往々にしてありました が、現在のものは濡れてもサラッとしていて喉で引っかかることなく、すぐ胃に流れます 言うまでもなく喉で割れるより胃で溶けてくれた方が吸収スピードは良いですから、カプセルの材質が変わったのは大きいですね あと成分自体は昔から変わってないと思いますが、飲む回数が増えたからなのか 昔のものより効果が実感しやすくなったと思います とても良いです

匂いと大きさ
ボトルを開けたらなんかお酢みたいな匂いで萎えます。 カプセルも大きくて飲みにくい。 １回１カプセル、一日三回、続けられるかな・・・
