I have tried many probiotics over the years, and this one is a powerhouse. I highly recommend it. To save money and give your body an effective dose, I suggest making your own yogurt. Boil the milk, then let it cool to around 100°F. Add one or two of these capsules to one gallon of milk and keep it in the oven with the light on for about 24 hours. You’ll end up with a high-quality yogurt rich in beneficial bacteria. One of the best features of this particular brand is its Bifidobacterium, which is especially beneficial for the large intestine.

I was taking Phillips Colon Health for about a week until I ran out of them. I decided to switch to the Nexabiotic because I'd had it in my cupboard. I'd tried it before but I wasn't sure about its efficacy. I've been using it for 10 days now and it's improved my bowel movements dramatically. It's definitely helped, but if I hadn't run out of the cheaper Phillips (Phillips' $23.86 for 60 vs. Neabiotic's $17.57 for 30), would my digestion have still improved? I don't know. At any rate, this stuff is good. Just make sure to take it on an empty stomach or you'll make it upset.

Happy with this probiotic so far. It arrived in good condition with a decent expiration date. Started taking after my antibiotics were finished and no ill-effects. I am a believer in moderation so I don't flood my body with supplements. I take as directed and then taper off. I'm at the point of taking one-a-week and my system is in good working order. I have tried other probiotics that cause nothing but pain and constant trips to the bathroom. Nexabiotic returned my system to normal within a couple of days.

Because this product does not need to be refrigerated, I have been able to sprinkle some from the capsules in my young grandchildren's yogurt. As a result, they experienced better bowel function as well as improved immune benefits. As for the adults, Nexabiotic started controlling the IBS symptoms of our most E.D.S. affected family member. For an additional boost, we added some prebiotics to feed the probiotics during the day as an additional boost (We use Broad Spectrum Prebiotic Fiber by InnovixLabs) This family member has taken "Align" for additiona B. infantis if she is having a bad day, but she has not had to take that as often thanks to the Nexabiotic. Scientists are finding that multi probiotics work together to inhibit the growth of bad bacteria better than single probiotics, so I am very grateful to find this product! Remember, if anyone needs a greater number of probiotic CFUs throughout the day to control symptoms, it is better to take a good probiotic like Nexabiotic 3 times per day, rather than use a product with more CFUs once per day.
