Excellent thermometer
I use the long stem thermometer in a Big Easy oilless fryer. It's the perfect length and it seems to be accurate too.

Works as expected. Accuracy with extended use is unknown but was correct while using. Seems to hold up to heat and moisture well enough with the 1st hot and cold cycle. Easy to read

Delivered on time. Works great. Accuracy seem to be right on. I have cooked it while preparing maple syrup and it can resist the heat without breaking. I have also put it in the over to monitor the oven temperature and it seems to be made of excellent materials. I find it a little to long for my uses but it is the length said it was going to be. Products was accurately described. The numbers are easy to read.
