I had engorgement with my first baby and I was in extreme pain and uncomfortableness. I wanted something to help me this time now with my second baby. I begin taking it once I got home (3 day stay at the hospital) and it help!! I didn't get engorge, the milk flow was painless compare to my previous experience. Highly recommended for breastfeeding moms!!

This is such a good product to have on hand. I took it at the first sign of a plugged duct and possible early mastitis. The clogged duct resolved within a couple of days.

Breastfeeding was extremely painful, but not due to latching. My sons pediatrician said it could be a breast infection and recommended this product. Within 3 days, I was able to nurse my baby pain free!

Took this supplement for 2 days and day 2 my baby that I breastfeed began having terrible gas and diarrhea. I should have looked more closely at the ingredient list as it contains maltodextrin. The side effects of maltodextrin for infants includes gas, bloating, and explosive bowel motions. I wish I could return these because I had to stop taking these immediately. It’s unfortunate because I was taking these to treat clogged milk ducts. After 2 days of taking these it didn’t help with the clogged ducts and it caused my baby harm. Horrible!

My wife said this product seems to work really well. One main complaint that isn't necessarily on the seller is that Amazon has lost 2/5 shipments with this. Seems to be a issue with distribution of this product.

Before taking these I got mastitis and was on antibiotics for 14 days. My lactation nurse recommended getting these probiotics. Since I've been using them I haven't gotten mastitis again so I think it has helped. My baby didn't act any different towards the milk after I started taking these (no extra gas or tummy aches).

I’ve been using these for around a month now and have found them to make a difference. I haven’t suffered with the issues I had with my first. They are expensive but assume that will be due to them being American. We use BioGaia drops for our babies and can’t rate them highly enough.

After much research, found out about this probiotic. Allowed me to continue Breastfeeding, without any issues in terms of mastitis and pain/discomfort. Not a lot of research out there. But was worth it for me. Shipped and arrived on time. Value of product changed a few times as shipped for Europe. Have bought it a few times. Currently been breastfeeding over 5 months and has helped to become exclusive breast feeding. Do your research obviously, but the product quality has been good.

I’ve been using the bio gaia probiotics for a week or so and I’m very pleased with it. I am now able to breastfeed pain free!
