I have been using these for the last 2 weeks including in the gym. 1.You cannot use every insole I used only 2 which is like 3 inches because anything higher will remove your foot from the shoes. 2. To use the maximum height you need shoes that are ankle length 3. These are comfortable but not like your comfortable shoes (I got a blister on my foot because I used them for to long) WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS FOR ALL THE SHORT KINGS OUT THERE AS ADDING EVEN A FEW INCHES TO YOUR HEIGHT WILL BOOST YOUR CONFIDENCE AND MAKE YOU FEEL GOOD ABOUT YOURSELF.

Maybe applicable only on big sneakers. Once you put inside the shoes your feet will not fit anymore. Waste of money.

Although it does the job but it isn't as comfortable as I would hope for.

I'm 6"3 and i bought this to see how it'd feel to be even taller, smells weird, but gets the job done, only wore it once, doesn't really fit with shoes, you're gonna need high boots for this one, or maybe jordans, cause my sneaker almost fell off while walking with these on

It is very nice and comfy and it really does magic you height few more inches that really makes difference. there very small problem though, it can make your ankles pain if used for long time in sneakers.

It rises your feet way too high

This will only work on shoes that are high tops. Unfortunately, I only have 1 of those. Even then, it is impossible to walk on as your ankle is almost outside of the shoe (super uncomfortable, you can't run... only walk slowly). As other reviews said, a complete waste of money. Don't bother buying this or anything like it.

I am a 5'10' female, but I've always dreamed about being 6 foot, and these definitely helped me achieve that goal! I only would wear the first or second level, anything higher is extremely uncomfortable and hard to walk in for longer than a few minutes (and that's coming from someone that wears heels regularly for my job). I stand about 5'11 1/2 with just the first level, which I think is pretty good. I wear a women's size 7 and I had to cut the inserts to fit my shoe. I would say if you are any bigger than a men's 9, these will not extend the entire length of your shoe which may make them uncomfortable to walk in. The construction of the product is okay, but definitely not the best. I suggest wearing them with a high-top sneaker only (I suggest converse) since they would definitely be noticeable in a low-top sneaker or shoe. With only the first level on, it is not noticeable that I'm wearing inserts on any kind, which is much appreciated. Overall I give the product a 7/10!

I was looking for heel inserts for different types of shoes that I have that require lower heels and higher heels on them because I have a bad lower back and need that extra heel height to add less tension on it. This was absolutely perfect for this because I was able to adjust the heel height per shoe that I needed it for instead of buying a bunch of different types. Perfect and super comfortable as well. Adding nice cushion to your heels while walking. They’re also really easy to cut to your size, I have super small feet (w5) and was worried about this but they fit in very narrow shoes and down to that small of foot

Can't Believe how good it ended up being despite the price comfortable to use and really affective at the job. Quick tip place them under a sponge before placing the sole of the shoe.
