That is the most beautiful hammock in all terms, color, quality and packaging! I haven't used it yet but I can already say that the quality is great. I bought another pc from another seller was also super beautiful a little cheaper than tbis one but I didn't trust stitching and rightly so. Lesson learnt, when it comes to durability and quality for personal safety it is better to go a little higher on the price. I love everything in my new hammock! It was already recommended to all my friends :)

My niece loves this. It is very versatile for both gymnastics and yoga. It's easy to learn how to use and provides many hours of fitness and entertainment.

I love this as an introductory tool for aerial yoga. It's sturdy and relatively easy to put together, despite it looking intimidating! At first, I paired it with YOGABODY Naturals Trapeze Door Frame Bar Hang Your Yoga Trapeze Quickly & Easily in Most Standard Door Frames . When using the yoga swing with this, I had to remove the carabiners and not use the additional straps. It's a pain in the ass, but I quickly learned the effectiveness of knowing how to tie a slip knot. That worked well - In fact, it was probably the best way to self-teach [with the help of Google], but as soon as you get used to it, there's not enough room. But great news!! Those pesky straps from before were perfect for hanging off a tree in the backyard -- Which offered ample room. I'd rate this 5-stars, but the fabric is stiff; It can be painful. There are yoga-butt-pillows out there, but given they are ~50% the cost of this, I'd rather upgrade to a higher quality swing, not one made of what feels like parachute material. It's fun and worth it. If you're unsure of whether or not you'll like using this for aerial yoga or back traction, this is a great way to get your feet wet in the privacy of your own home. **Bonus: My back is kind of jacked up, and it hasn't felt this okay in over a year (obviously talk to your doctor first, if you have issues).**

I really researched and contemplated many options for this purchase. I decided Yoga Swing had the Best Quality, Most Complete Set + seemed Cost-Effective. I used Amazon Prime, to order. For roughly $50., my swing arrived in 2 DAYS. :D (I also ordered my Hang-Bar, for my Door Frame. $20.00) It was easy to get set up and in place and ready for usage. *** Start at a Low Height, for Safety + lay a Yoga Mat down underneath with a layer of PILLOWS below, until you're sure of the SAFETY + SECURITY of the Hang Set-Up. We also use a folding small step-stool that helps us safely get IN + OUT of the swing. I played with a few configurations. At first, I wondered if I would really use it like it was intended. There are so many Options. The POSE CARD helped me get a few ideas. By the next day, I was finding more and more poses and exercises that I could do. It allows the bones and muscles to move, as THEY were intended. We can move this aparatus easily, from room to room. A proper, functioning door frame is essential, unless ur drilling it in. I have 2 kids (4 + 8) They are both LOVING it. It gives them something indoors that is Fun + let's them be Active. They take turns and it is SO COOL!!! We even swing together. CAUTION: The potential to choke, hang or suffocate is REAL. Keep Height LOW to the Ground for Kids. !!!!!!!!!!! Do NOT leave it out for Kids To Use while Not Being Monitored !!!!!!!! I have Severe Degenerative Arthritis in my Neck. My X-Rays look Terrible. I hope to see improvements in my next X-Rays. I Hope to "Hang Around" for Many More Years. This Purchase ranks up there, to be one of my BEST EVER. If I could add more STARS, I would. The Color is Beautiful, too. We feel like we're in water or the sky. !!! JUST AWESOME !!! 💜✨🌸🙏🌸✨💜
