Life changing.
This oregano oil has been an absolute game changer for me. I used to suffer with IBS and regular bloating, and since I started taking this consistently those problems have pretty much gone away. It feels like it really cleans out the digestive system and creates a barrier that stops fungus or Candida from building up in the stomach. Taken regularly over several months, it keeps everything settled and makes a huge difference in day-to-day comfort. I now take it myself, my wife uses it, and even my children do, and we have all seen the benefits. It is one of those rare supplements where you can actually feel the results. There are a couple of important things to know. The capsules are soft gels, so don’t keep them loose in your pocket. I made that mistake on the golf course once, one burst, and the oil inside burned my leg like chili — extremely painful. That also explains why you should only ever take it after eating. If you take it on an empty stomach, it feels like swallowing hot metal and will burn on the way down. After food, though, it works exactly as intended. The quality is excellent, and while it is powerful, it really does the job. I cannot recommend it enough. For anyone dealing with stomach issues, bloating, or IBS, this is worth trying. It has genuinely changed my life.
