Does anyone know where to fix this product in UAE?
The buttons on the product stopped working. All i can do is listen or change songs using my phone. Only the power on and off switch works now. If anyone knows a place this can be repaired, please respond.

Ordered as Diwali gift. As mentioned in one of the earlier reviews, it plays only ONE song in all categories of โArtistsโ and โMoodsโ and that too with lot of background SCREECHING noise - NOT expected from a noted brand ! It is a FAULTY piece and not sure if this is a 'returned' item. On the contrary, same device purchased couple of weeks back in India works fine as it should ! SEVERE DISAPPOINTMENT - zero star !

Product not upto expectations
The piece was defective, only 1 song keeps playing all through. A bit disappointing as I purchased this as a gift and it did not work. Could you kindly ensure that the replacement is checked on its working condition before you send the same.

Amazing collection of songs.
Worked amazing loved the song collection even Thai have not yet gone through all of them. Well made and great sound. The only downside was that there is a slight hum in the player when the volume is very low though that is not a big thing. Very happy with my purchase.

Wonderful, Nostalgic
Like - The songs and the variety in which it can be played as artists or moods or geetmala. It can prep you up for the day with the catchy numbers, and songs which enable participation of the family. The set is light enough and can be easily charged. Dislike - The size can be a little cumbersome at times, especially when you have to carry it around. Had gifted a similar piece to a friend of mine and they had issues within 3 weeks of use. Though there is a one year warranty on the product reliability is a suspect. However if you do enjoy listening to hindi songs, this is a must to have, the golden oldies have been captured well.
