This nail polish is amazing I have tried many including high end ones but this Product exceed my expectation super easy to apply, last longer and the best dry sooo fast at a very fair price.

Not uniform, very hard to handle - go for another brand
It doesn't provide the color that you would be thinking of as 'milky'. It is not easy to handle for color uniformity, so I would not choose this brand for a milky color.
