Highly performant!
My Hp Envy served me well for about 5 years, until I left it on my balcony when it rained heavily, the water got inside and it gave up. I replaced it with a newer version. Before buying this computer, I did extensive research and I don’t regret I did, because it paid off. It was highly performant, I had no issues whatsoever. The touch screen also functioned very well all those years. That was always my fear, cuz it’s fragile. The storage was good enough. Overall, the computer is fast. I didn’t ever have to call Hp for maintenance issues.I highly recommend for windows users.

This laptop has exceeded my expectations, especially ordering without physically having it in my hands! Fingerprint reader doesn't always work but the startup is extremely fast.

mostly good, couple minor complaints
I have loved using this for art, and it has also proven surprisingly decent for video gaming as well. There are a few things that did bother me, but overall it is very much worth the money.Be aware, this screen has a LOT of glare, and picks up everything. I hardly use the touch screen except with a stylus for art, but it still manages to get smudges seemingly out of nowhere. The other minor annoyance is the rubber grip pads on the bottom didnt last a week. If you intend to use this as a mobile computer, like most laptop users do, just know the two grippy pads will get rubbed off within a few days.
