No the mini version does not have the rings pillows and divider, the compartments are smaller and would not need a divider.

Can you use this for makeup?

I suppose you could - bur what you could put in would be limited by the size and depth of the drawers. The compartments aren't that deep, so I don't think a standard size lipstick would fit. Probably not your best choice for make-up, in my opinion.
