These kneepads are stiff and thin - expected better for the price. I will save money to get something better next time.

I am not sure if this is a sizing issue on my end, or just a material issue, but it felt like there was cardboard or styrofoam for padding. This did not feel like padding at all, and had no movement or give to it. I use these for dancing specifically and the large issue here is that there is no give or movement to the padding. It looks like blocks of foam or cardboard on my knees. I am returning these and will not be requesting a new size. They may work for you, but they did not work for heels dancing for me.

Pretty and good quality, they're smaller than average I've bought.
