Great value brow pencil for blondes
Perfect colour for blondes. This is a very fine propelling pencil, so you can create natural looking brows. The over cap keeps the pencil in good condition and it's useful that there's also a brush at the other end. Long lasting and good value, it's my go to brow pencil.

Very precise and great colour
That is the best eyebrow pencil I have ever used. Especially if you want to go for a natural look and want to gently outline and fill in sparse areas. I've been using this one for years and always bought it more expensive in the shops. I am very happy with this great double pack offer.
