Yes you can. Wash your face before applieing the product. This oil is an oil but is very different from the oil your face produces.

Superb, fragrant rose oil.

This goes on my face & under eyes when I get up in the morning. Its quicky absorbed, softens my skin & it smells wonderful. I would bathe in it if it were sold by the barrel! Love it & I genuinely believe it has helped soften wrinkles.
