Used to be my favorite, but the new formula is terrible
Iโve been a loyal user of this OGX shampoo for years, but this most recent batch is incredibly disappointing. It feels like they completely changed the formula, and not for the better. It simply doesn't clean my hair anymore. I find myself having to use three times the amount of product I used to, and even after all that, my hair is still left feeling greasy and oily right out of the shower. I really don't understand why companies do this. If you can't keep up with rising manufacturing costs, just increase the price slightly! Most loyal customers would gladly pay a little extra to keep the quality we expect. Instead, you've ruined a perfectly good product and harmed your reputation. Sadly, after years of using this, I will be looking for a new brand.

Awesome, but very pricey. and now as of June 2026, the price of this product has increased by 250rs. I hope they decrease the price so i can continue to buy this awesome shampoo
