Looks and tastes like mustard.
It met my expectations as far as mustard goes. Great on corndogs and gummy sharks.

This item I received was packed on 28 Feb 2017 and expiry was on 27 March 2018. I received it on 29th Jan 2018 which means it will expire in the next two months.IT IS UNFAIR THAT I NEED TO CONSUME IT WITHIN TWO MONTHS WHEN I COULD HAVE KEPT IT FOR A LONGER PERIOD IF IT WAS DELIVERED WITH A GREATER PERIOD OF USABILITY. PLEASE ENSURE THAT SUCH ITEMS HAVE LONGER SHELF LIFE AFTER THEY ARE DELIVERED. I AM SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING WHETHER I SHOULD ORDER THIS IN THE FUTURE.ALTHOUGH I DO LOVE TO HAVE THIS. IT IS TRULY DISAPPOINTING.

Would have preferred a bit sweeter ( aka del monte mustard) sauce ...but ok...manageable...

This mustard is what I'm used to in the USA...a nice yellow mustard that we commonly use on hot dogs and hamburgers. If you're used to a more pungent mustard, you may not like this one. I don't care for the spicier mustard, like Dijon and English mustard. The name 'American' definitely suits this particular brand and taste! I will continue to buy and use it.
