My tube arrived without the tinfoil-like seal over the tube that my other Paula's Choice products has. Is this normal?

I got mine without the seal as well.. To be honest, I'm not sure if it's the real product? I have not purchased anything from the P.C. website, I just order here. I can tell you that some of the other item's I've ordered from this seller did have a seal.Also I haven't noticed any difference while using it. I hope this helps...

What percentage of vitamin c is in this?

I don’t know the percentage but keep in mind it used THD ascorbate which is a derivative of the L-Ascorbic acid vitamin c

Does this have a yellow tint to the serum?
