Need to be more specific.
I’m a heavy weight woman and wanted a cushiony mat for my sit-up especially for my backbone and spine support. However this item is equal to doing it on the floor with nothing. I hope in future Amazon state the details of the item properly.

Love it! Well made; easy to move from place to place because of the attached handles; nice and thick (2" thickness) so there's lots of cushioning between you and the floor (I do crunches and this cushioning makes it much more comfortable to do them); easy to store due to the folding capability; seemed a bit slow to ship, but once it did ship, it arrived the next day so I was very impressed. Absolutely well worth the money (I got it on sale) and I highly recommend both seller and item. A++++ Thank you!
