Been using this for years now, great product and essential for everyone’s nutrition.

I always use MCT powder / oil for my pre-workout drink. This is the first time I have tried Bulletproof and I can tell there’s is a big difference in energy taking a c8 mct compared to other products. Price is more expensive but if you can spare few dirhams, worth the try.

This is an awesome product, especially for intermittent fasting. The bottle is actually huge, beware.

I have repurchased this Bulletproof MCT oil many times because I won’t start my day without it! I take 2 tsp (max dosage is 1TBSP) in my morning coffee and it helps me feel more focused and energized than just plain coffee. I don’t take Bulletproof MCT oil just for keto effects, but I also notice a positive effect on my brain! I can always tell when I’ve had coffee without it! There’s really no smell or taste and using a small whisk it blends well into my coffee. I’ve also used it in protein shakes and I like it that way too. I’ve had no stomach upset or issues. I think you need to figure out the dose that works best for you and gradually increase as tolerated. It’s very easy to use, super high quality and a great value for the price! I always buy the largest bottle as it is the most cost-effective. The expiration date is about 3 years out so this product stays fresh a long time. I also like that it’s got a safety seal. Overall it’s my favorite MCT oil and I would recommend.
