Expensive but worth it to me
This is my go to pre-workout for that pump and energy levels. Taste great and doesn't leave bad aftertaste as so many other drinks do. Flavors are strong but taste great to me

On my 3rd batch and it never misses!taste great, get great energy without jitters. You get what you pay for. I use about half a scoop in 8ounces of water and that’s plenty for me

The Pump you need
I have been using PMD Pump Fuel Insanity for about a year now, and it is hands down the best Pre-workout I have taken. It gives me sustainable energy and a great pump during my workout and doesn't give me a crash effect afterwards. Cherry Slush is my go to flavor, but the Grape is pretty tasty as well. I pair it with the PMD BCAA during my workout for a great combo!

Tart flavor. I bought Cherry Slush as my backup for my Pump Fuel Miami Sunrise. I ended up opening this first. PMD strikes again!
