I can see the vision in this product, but unfortunately the execution is just not there. I followed the instruction, but unfortunately it just didn't feel right the first time. So as the leaflet asked, I followed the instructions again trying to correct the issues. It did not work again. I tried two more nights, then as a last ditch effort I resorted to a) molding it without the tray and b) cutting off some parts with scissors to make it fit better, but alas it still did not work well for me. The problem was that having it in made me want to open my mouth, and made me feel like my mouth was like a gorilla's, because the distance between front teeth was so large, as well as the plastic protruding forward and pushing my lips forward so the philtrum above my lips was extended unnaturally. Basically, while it fit my teeth, the positioning in my mouth was extremely uncomfortable. In the end, I discovered that this product is also not returnable easily, I had to discuss with customer support first to refund it, despite the guarantee that is written on the product itself.

I’ve been struggling with teeth grinding for years to have reached to the level where I would wake up and have to remove broken teeth parts from my mouth. I couldn’t eat for one hour after waking up because of the grinding all night. Today this product has arrived then I slept after I got it. It was a sleep to remember. Highly recommend if you have teeth grinding problems.

Waste of money and completely useless. I followed all the instructions carefully, but when I put it in my mouth, it didn’t mold properly to the shape of my teeth. The silicone was still too hard and uncomfortable.

This product is absolutely terrible. It does not work. The mould is useless, the quality is appalling. A complete and utter waste of money.

It’s very small does not fit to adult and it’s damaged or expired Trying to request replace but app not allowing

After molding, it is too thick so you can clause your mouth properly and it doesn't stay in place properly.
