I have fractured coccyx so for me it was big No as i need something firm as i have recently been through the procedure for that. But yeah may be for someone else with the back pain may help. As it's soft.

Not so comfortable
The foam is soft but after an hour of sitting on it, you start to feel the heat of the fabric/foam. The size also does not fit the chair fully considering the shape of the pad is not flat, it limits your movement in the chair. The foam for the back part is also short, it doesnt cover your back fully. I will not say it is a bad product but overall, it didnt give me comfort in my office chair.

The best part about this product is the quality, comfort and purpose. If they have a version weโre the back support could stretch all the way till the neck it would be amazing.
