Finally managed to get my hands on a wireless headset that syncs very nicely with the laptop. It covers the entire ear. It is heavy, but not too heavy. Makes the conference call really easy. voice is crisp without any background interference. The headset is automatically synched with the usb dongle that comes with it. USB dongle has C-type connection. if your laptop has C-type connection, just plug in the dongle, turn on the headset and its ready for use. Microphone comes as a separate attachment inside the box. you have to push it inside the headset quite a lot before you hear the click. Overall 5 star product. Much better than the logsticechs wireless headsets available in the market.

no messy wires, no additional mics like the other bluetooth dongles. this is plug and play, i am using it on my Nintendo Switch.

This product without looking to the price is 5 stars without any doubt. The only reason to give it 4 stars rating is the price. Quality of the product and the sound is superior Quality of packaging is Premium. Comes with all of the required accessories to connect the headset to almost any device

A good wireless headset for Linux, in my case PopOS. Battery stays for all day call. I make it a point to put on charge every night. Decent microphone too. I am no audiophile, but as a Spotify user I find music experience good.

Amazing headset - sits extremely comfortably for long conferences and gaming. Range is great and allows me to roam around rooms, and I have had great feedback on the quality of the microphone. For gaming the sound quality is spot on. Gun fire is crisp, and footsteps are heard well in advanced so you wont be caught out.

Ho cambiato diverse cuffie da gaming alla ricerca di una soluzione che mi desse comodità di utilizzo anche dopo svariate ore e un suono di qualità anche per ascoltare musica o film. La scelta ricaduta su queste Steelseries finalmente mi ha lasciato pienamente soddisfatto. SUONO: Il suono è molto equilibrato, medi e alti non vengono mai sopraffatti dai bassi, che si dimostrano corposi senza alcuna distorsione. Durante le sessioni di gaming si prestano alla perfezione, garantendo qualità in generale sotto ogni aspetto. Per l'ascolto della musica, nel mio caso elettronica, il suono resta sempre pulito mostrando una qualità eccelsa. MATERIALI Le Arctis 1 sono innanzitutto delle cuffie leggerissime, ideali per lunghe sessioni di gioco o ascolto musica. I materiali restano in plastica resistente, anche nelle zone critiche sopra l'estensione dell'arco non si notano difetti dovuti all'eccessiva elasticità. I padiglioni sono in tessuto e non pelle sintetica, questo porta ad una maggiore resistenza nel tempo e meno calore in giornate calde. La connettività wireless è perfetta, prendono a diversi metri di distanza senza alcun problema, con batteria ricaricabile tramite Usb dopo circa 20 ore di utilizzo. Per l istallazione su pc è necessario il programma Steelseries engine 3 aggiornato per effettuare una connessione bluetooth Le Steelseries Arctis 1 sono delle cuffie wireless di qualità, sia per costruzione che per suono, adatte per gaming ma anche per ascolto di musica e film, ad un prezzo piu' che onesto. Consigliate senza alcuna riserva!

These headphones use a non-BlueTooth high-quality and low-latency wireless connection. Let's get the small 'negatives' out of the way first: One drawback of this system is that you need to use a special USB-C adapter (it comes with a USB-A-to-USB-C adapter cable, no worries, it will fit your PC or games console). Also, my ears get a too warm after wearing them for a longer time, hence for "Comfort" I would 'only' give it four stars. They are not an 'open' system, so you don't want to wear them for a whole day. But the advantages of this sytem are massive: You don't need any BT support, they register as a HID audio device (no driver needed). Battery life is long. Like "a day of work" long. The power status is shown by flashing LED on the headphones - green, yellow or red. Because they just look like an audio HID to the computer, these headphones work independently of the Operating System (using Ubuntu Linux for work, this is a big plus for me). The sound quality of the microphone is brilliant. (I have been commended on video conferences for the clarity of my voice.) It is by design much, much better than any BlueTooth connection I tested. And the 'local feedback' option makes it super-easy to check if they are 'on'. If you move around the house, even if the headphones should briefly disconnect, this will not reset the mute setting for e.g. MS Teams. Therefore, for audio-conferencing they are a win for sound quality AND because they give me more freedom and less hassle for my co-workers. (With a BT headset, I had to take a parcel at the door, the headset disconnected and re-connected, and my conversation with the delivery person disrupted the conference (Very embarrassing.) TL;DR: Best conference headset I had so far. Recommended!

La calidad del audio es muy buena. El hecho que se carguen por micro USB denota su antigüedad pero no dejan de ser una sólida opción para cualquiera. Los utilizo para tomar llamadas en un turno de 8 horas y los cargo diario unos 45 minutos. Nunca me he quedado sin batería. Tienen buen alcance ya que puedo moverme libremente por una casa de dos pisos sin perder la señal.
