I picked up the Ballotte Premium Silicone Heel Pads to make wearing my tight shoes more comfortable, and they've been a solid addition to my footwear.Pros:✅ Great cushioning. The silicone provides a lot of comfort and relief, especially during long walks or standing for extended periods.✅ Non-slip. They stay securely in place inside your shoe and don’t move around, even after hours of wear.✅ Versatile. Can be used in a variety of shoes—flats, heels, sneakers, etc.✅ Durable. They’ve held up well after several weeks of use and cleaning.Cons:⚠️ A little bulky. They’re thicker than I expected, so they can make shoes feel a bit tighter than usual, especially in already snug footwear.⚠️ Sticky residue. After a while, the adhesive can lose some of its stickiness, so they might need to be repositioned.⚠️ Sizing issues. They may not fit well in shoes with very low heels or certain narrow styles.Final Thoughts:The Ballotte Premium Silicone Heel Pads provide excellent comfort and relief for sore heels and feet. These cushions are a great idea for shoes that are too big or slip up and down on heels. The extra heel cushion is a great addition. My only problem is that they do not stick well in my leather shoes. I used double sided tape for enforcement and hope this will be successful.

high quality package and materials looked like they were very high quality upon opening. I also really liked the weight of these – upon opening the product seemed substantial and well made and the number of them seemed like a fair amount for the cost – that made it feel like a very good value for money. Note they were not "too heavy," since they are quite small, but there's a solid, quality feeling to them.the build quality also was better than i expected. they felt substantial, durable, and well made. i also liked how clear they looked. this helps hide or mask their presence in the show but also, at least to me, clearer plastics and rubber components denote quality.There really wasn't much i did not like and they did the job, so my gut feeling is 5-stars. They did the job, have lasted since i began using them, and have also kept looking new and clear through repeated use.the only minor critique would be they might taper a bit more on the part that goes under the foot. my heel may be overly sensitive but I can definitely feel the transition / bump-down where the insert ends under my foot. This is a minor thing though. I got used to it quickly. Not worth losing a start over.Also of note, if you have not used such inserts before, there were very, very easy to use. I think if you are buying this you know exactly what you need and what it does. the instructions were, frankly, wholly unnecessary. but, that said, they were clear and accurate and if i were a bit unsure they would have helped.Also, if your shoes are a tad too long, these can help with better fitment, but just heel-lift.

These are easy to place in the shoe. But they weren’t thick enough to work - my shoe still kept slipping off of my heel. This made it difficult for the adhesive to do its job well enough. Then I tried a second layer & that helped only a little because it tended to put too much “pulling” pressure on the adhesive. But I will say this.... that piece of it that goes under your foot? Genius! Definitely kept the whole product from moving very much side-to-side or front-to-back. If they could just make the product thicker & “grippier” at the top, it would be perfect.PS. Whatever this was made out of, it was very comfortable. Nice & softly squishy.

I received this product on time and as described. I had several shoes that would slip off my feet when I walked, so I needed to add something that would keep the shoes on my feet without adding extra bulk. These did the trick. Not only were they easy to use, and the adhesive of the heel protector stick to the shoes, but they made the shoe fit better and were very comfortable. I recommend this product.

I used these for a pair of high heel shoes that have stretched out a little bit and are a little bit loose on me. The back of the shoe continued to flop off despite putting the insert in. And because it flopped the back part of the insert in the heel area of the top part it folded over on itself and didn't stay in place. These are not helpful to wear on high heel shoes that have become loose. I would not be buying these again.

I bought these shoes off Poshmark, brand new but the seller didn't mention this weird defect - one of them has a weird screw I can't tighten or seem to remove, it just spins. I couldn't find any heel pads that were for the bottom of your heel, just the back, but decided to give these a go. Obviously from the image, the screw it still sticking up and raised, but before it was very noticeable and I wasn't going to risk wearing the shoes like that, but I tried them on after applying the heel grip and they feel great! I'm sure over time that screw will pop back up from the pressure of my foot wearing down the gel pad, but these are going to be great use overall. I dont wear heels but have other shoes that could use some comfort padding. Super happy with this purchase :)

These are okay.. I wish they weren't so slippery though, I feel like that defeats the purpose of keeping heels in place. They work fine if a flat shoe is too big, but not so much for heels.
