Fantastic just what i wanted for my family

Don't buy this ice machine. Broke down within 4 months, got it replaced but same thing happened. I have had it replaced again so asked for a refund. Manufacturer says the warranty of three years had run out even though it had broken down 3 times. Very rude customer service said refund was not available because of the warranty. DON'T BUY THIS MACHINE

But crushed ice messy and weird taste but large ice good

Great ice maker. I can't imagine being without this now. It makes the small ice cubes in about 10 minutes, the larger in about 16 minutes. The crushed ice feature is great for iced lattes and iced drinks in general. Best purchase I've made in a long time!

My machine has great difficulty ejecting the ice from 3 pins at the back causing it to stop producing until you turn it off and on again to help it clear the pins. The port to eject ice gets clogged up to and sometimes just ejects ice randomly during the day all it slips over the release barrier. The machine dose not hold more then a pint glass of ice before registering as full because it all piles up where the ice comes in and tripps the sensor so the machine stops. It's OK for 1 or 2 people is not suitable for a family or small house party.

Cold water crushed ice and ice really great product

Product didn’t work. Leaked ice and water. Seller makes customer pay for return. Still waiting for a refund despite evidence provided that seller has received the return. Seller ignoring all messages sent.

It's big and noisy, and dispenses ice cubes. But the ice crushing function doesn't work.
