You are promised super chilling for your drink that lasts for a very long time, the product actually give a mildly chilled drink not comparable with regular ice. The good thing is that it does not dilute your drink and looks really nice in the cup. The holder rack is also nice and simple.

Perfect for Cold Drinks, that are not watered down. They come in a little ice cube tray, with tongs. It is a cute set. They are individually wrapped, inside the tray. The tray has a nice cover, so it all stores well in the freezer. They work well! They are easy to clean and then refreeze. We have a lot of distillers here, that make whisky, ciders.. Beer.. etc. Friends and family come to visit, and grab some of the local drinks. Last year, someone asked me if I had Whisky stones in my freezer??? Then they looked at me like I had a third eyeball. I guess it is not just a Hipster thing. I tried them and thought that they were brilliant. Here I am, getting a set of my very own Whisky Stones. The excitement never ends. They are not just for Whisky. They are great in any drink, that you want to keep cold. I am a fan. These are a great set. I love the little ice cube tray.

I hate having to freeze ice cubes. I don;t have an ice maker in my freezer, and have to use ice trays, so when Amazon Vine offered these metal cubes I decided to try them. There are only 8 cubes in this pack and they are very small. But you can (ostensibly) chill four drinks with these cubes without ever having to mess with ice trays, ice machines or ice. These cubes definitely work, they chill a glass of water or a whiskey, the later without any dilution. Recommended

I have used these to chill white wine and rose that didn't quite have enough time in the frig before serving, and they worked well. I have also used to cool off hot soup/chili to be able to eat sooner, and that worked also. For the wine, I just put 3 in my glass. For the hot chili, I used all six. The stones come in a sturdy plastic case that is easy to store and find in the frig, or to use for travel. The container comes with silver serving tongs which look lovely but are a little tricky to use if you're trying to retrieve the stones from a glass or bowl with liquid in it. Not a deal breaker but a minor drawback. Would purchase these again or give as a gift. I'm sure there are other sets that come in better gift packaging, but what you really want is stones that cool and these do that.

These are a nice gift for anyone who likes their drink chilled but not diluted. I'm a big fan of scotch and these "stones" are perfect for providing a bit of cold. They chill quickly and easily in the freezer and are super easy to rinse off, dry, and put back in the freezer when done. I actually got these after seeing a neighbor use similar "stones" in his drinks: I thought it was a great idea and I much prefer them than any other "solution." They actually work in anything you want to make cold or at least cooler but not diluted. My husband has used them to cool down his chili and his soup when it's first come off the stove and is boiling hot--he wants the food cool enough to eat but doesn't want to wait or add ice which would dilute it. So these cubes are the perfect solution.
