My west is 32 inch, size i bought medium and its lose. If i reached 31 it will be useless. I should’ve got small

Great fit . Doesn’t roll after long wear . Looks just as advertised. Covers full torso from underboob to hips . Very durable material not thin or cheap material . Great price for product and fits perfectly . Already on the last loop so I’m sizing down soon and will be buying this brand again

Runs Big IMO
This waist trainer has great potential but it runs large. My waist is about 29.5 inches and I typically fall between medium and large. I ordered the medium based on reviews but I need the small. I will reorder in the smaller size.
