What glue is recommended for this product?

We recommend high concentration polyurethane glue.

Can this be used in a driveway?

That’s an interesting question, I am curious why you want to use it in driveway. This is for seaming synthetic turf.

Could I wear this stuff on my arms for football?

No!! this is for seaming artificial turf, not for wearing. Please read product description carefully before purchase

Does it have a coated side to prevent glue from seeping through to the subbase?

No coated side, there is some glue seeping through depending glue concentration. high concentration glue barely seeps through this thick tape.
