ARCHES Pad Enc 23x31 12H Aquarelle 100% Satin 300g White Nat

Expensive but worth it for the high quality. I knew Arches was a good make but had so far baulked at spending so much. Eventually I decided to buy when one of my favourite professional artists on YouTube recommended Arches and, importantly, I could watch her using it. It'd be a good idea, in my humble opinion, if Arches produced a 'taster' pad of only a few sheets which would thuse cost much less, so people could try it out.

Ich nutze das heißgepresste Arches-Papier extrem gerne für detailreiche Arbeiten. Die seidenweiche, glatte Oberfläche ist ein Traum, wenn man mit feinen Pinseln, Tinte oder auch Graphit arbeitet – da bleibt nichts hängen und die Farben kommen richtig brillant raus. Durch die 100% Baumwolle und die 300 g/m² wellt sich selbst bei viel Wasser gar nichts. Es ist zwar im höheren Preissegment, aber die Qualität ist einfach spürbar besser als bei Standard-Papier. Wer auf saubere Kanten und exakte Linien steht, macht hier absolut nichts falsch.
