Weight doesn't determine size. Your measurements are the determining factor. Waist, chest, etc. and then follow the size guide on the site.

So if I wear a size 48 What size do I get?

Go a size down so its snugger. The problem is the the thing does not stay up so you are constantly pulling it back up from rolling down. I personally would not order it. Find a t-shirt that has same capabilities. Hope this helps.
