wattage of the massager?

I noticed on the vendor page that the rated power consumption was 30 watts. That sounds correct, but only if you're in the lowest speed, pressure and heat selection. I used an ampere meter from my shop to test the actual amps drawn when the massager was at its highest settings; massage speed fastest, foot pressure highest and heat on its highest setting. My meter went up to 0.43 amps (a little less than 1/2 amp). So using the formula for electrical power, Power = Voltage x Amps..... 115vac (typ.avg.) x 0.43 amps = 49.45 watts. So given so margin for error, on the safe side, it could be presumed that the unit consumes an estimated maximum 50 watts. That's not much at all.

Is this for wide swollen ankles & feet?

Yes. I am a CNA and mine hurt alot and swell a little.

Would this work for a womens size 4?

Hi, there. I suppose so. I have size 10 (Women’s) feet. I’m pretty proportional at 5’9”. I believe the length/width would be pretty universal with the sole exception of toddler proportions. I adore this massager and am annoyed with myself for not buying one sooner. For some reason, I just didn’t want to waste money on myself.
