Pro-Lift B-008D Grey Hydraulic Bottle Jack - 8 Ton Capacity

Bought this jack because I had to repair my outside deck, and level it,, found it to be a bit shy of the hieght I needed , had to use some blocking to get it, that was no problem, found it a little slow on the lifting, but it did the job good, was satisfied with how it performed, use to using 50 ton screw jacks, for construction and getting small building ready for moving,, but for my personal use it did a great job

This looks great and came well packaged but I didn’t think ahead about the height of it. Was to tall 9” to fit under my golf cart frame so, have to send it back and get a shorty version.

I used this jack for roadside assistance and it was awesome!!! I jacked up everything from a small Jeep SUV to a Ram 2500 and it was a breeze every-time. My only quarrel with this jack, and this may be with all jacks, but if you leave this jack tilted on its side, it will leak a good amount. I’d recommend buying some hydraulic oil with this jack, but it’s still an awesome jack nonetheless.

So it's overkill to use an 8 ton bottle jack on a 1/2 ton pickup truck. But it works great. My old 1.5 ton jack struggled, where this one just lifted the truck off the ground without any problem. If it would fit under my car, I'd get another one.

I tried to lift my motorhome rear axle (one corner). Estimate 6000-7000 pounds, 3.5 tons.I could just BARELY get the tires off the ground with all the force I could muster.Part of the problem is that I can't really "get on it" from underneath the chassis. MAYBE if I were able to hover right over the handle and put all my weight on it, it might be easier. But I'm going to have to look for another product, maybe a 12-ton. Sheesh.

To give you an idea of the size of the Jack when fully extended, ball your fist, and put it down on a flat surface, from your knuckles to the tip of your elbow is about how high this thing will go when fully extended, give or take a little. It’s heavy for its size. Did not leak oil or nothing when I got it. Seems okay. Haven’t used it yet though other than fully extending it to see what it’s full height is. Will probably update this whenever I actually use it

Did the job, but some developed small leaks, and would lose pressure.

Great jack had one back in the day. Way easier to use that thise wound up scissors jack

I lift my backyard shed with it very strong and good quality

Works great. Already used it several times.
