Awesome product. After wearing it for a while you feel release of energy through feet and relaxed.

its very helpful and heals, I recommend it. i'm sleeping better after using it and stopped having heated-foot anymore.however, i gave it 4 stars because it won't massage your foot as you imagine.

Voer massage

These reflexology sandals take a bit of getting used to, as they're specifically designed to place pressure on designated parts of the foot which, in turn, are supposed to translate into benefits of other parts of our body. So they're not 'comfort' sandals. I've only had them for 2 days and I wear them for approx. 8-10 minutes a day, which so far, has made a difference in my sore, achy feet. The last month or so, my feet have hit a perpetually tired, sore, achy feeling. Not sure if that's because I've been working from home since March, walking our dog more than usual with an older pair of running shoes that now need an upgrade... but my feet are just extremely tired and achy. I needed some kind of relief. I have always loved having my feet massaged, but my husband wasn't able to offer foot massages as often as I wanted them (not that he wasn't good when he did). My feet were simply craving something that would really massage those pressure points on the bottom of our feet. Some reviewers said these sandals hurt and that they couldn't wear them. Again, these are not for long-wear use. They are designed to 'massage' the bottom of the foot. It's more of a 'mild hurting' of the bottom of the feet. I personally like when my feet are massaged with some level of strength behind the massage, so these sandals 'sort of' mimic that level of massage. I've only had them for 2 days, so hopefully I continue to like these, but so far... the tension in my feet is lessening and my feet are feeling less tired, less achy, less sore. Aaahhhhhh....
