Effective dandruff control, especially a seborrheic scalp case. A little sticky feels on the hair after rinsing, but is gone after using conditioner.

I used it regularly for years and still miss it since it was discontinued. The formula struck that rare balance—strong enough to eliminate flakes and itching within a few washes, yet gentle enough for daily use without drying out hair or irritating color-treated strands. The pyrithione zinc handled dandruff flare-ups quickly, while the vitamin E and wheat proteins kept my hair soft and smooth. Unlike most medicated shampoos, this one actually left my scalp feeling refreshed and clean with a pleasant, light scent—no chemical or tar smell. It also conditioned well enough that I didn’t need a separate product, saving time and leaving my hair easy to comb through. Even after trying pricier clinical brands and newer “scalp therapy” products, nothing matched the consistency and simplicity of this 2-in-1. It’s unfortunate Neutrogena discontinued it—many long-time users are still searching for a replacement that feels and performs this well. Bottom line: A near-perfect daily anti-dandruff shampoo-conditioner combo that soothed, softened, and simplified hair care—gone too soon but still unmatched in results.

En México es muy difícil conseguir este producto y si se logra es a un precio muy elevado. Tiene la misma fórmula de Skin-Cap en spray (quienes padecen psoriasis sabrán de qué hablo). Por el acondicionador que incluye no maltrata el cabello aunque sí deja una sensación como de cabello seco pero si se utiliza con un shampoo normal no afecta en nada. Funciona mejor que alguno con ácido salicílico. Recomiendo mucho su uso y más por la posibilidad de comprarlo en amazon y al precio en el que se encuentra. Nota: si les sirve, yo lo combino con el neutrogena T-Gel de alquitrán de hulla.

Best Anti dandruff shampoo I have tried ever. Ever since Teenage years, I have been trying different anti dandruff shampoo, from Clinic all clear to Tressme. Head and Shoulders cool menthol gave decent results, but required frequent usage, and after so long, I stumbled upon this product and the results are amazing. It is required only once a week and the dandruff disappears totally. Though it's highly priced than all other options, it is worth every penny. Also the bottle lasted almost 8 months for me.
