I’m been feeling better, but I cannot say positively what is causing it, because I’ve been taking several things at the same time, but I’m giving this spirulina some credit. Just the thought of having something green on a daily basis makes me feel better. I really wish the price was cheaper or the bottle contained enough to last a month, at the same price. Because I cannot afford to buy 2 bottles to make it last a month, I’m only taking 3 per day instead of 6. I will continue buy it until, or unless I decide to buy another brand with good ratings At 6 pills per day it will only last about 16 day, if my math is correct. I’m so anxious about trying to feel better that I’ve also been taking spirulina and barley grass juice powder, which I read about in the book, The Medical Medium by Anthony William (and Spirit) for heavy metal detox and Astaxanthin also mentioned in the book. In addition, I have also been taking inulin (fiber) and sometimes other vitamins and/ or minerals

My sister turned me onto Spirulina. Trouble was, she sent me this in raw powder form, and she told me to throw 2 teaspoons in with my smoothie - or juice, etc. I couldn't do the powder - and I have a high tolerance to unusual food - especially if I know it's good for me. I'll just say that the powder form of spirulina, to me, was extremely pungent - tasted like muck out of the bottom of a river, with lots of algae. OK. SPIRULINA in this form (pills) is Awesome! I take as directed (2 - three times a day), and there is no Muck aftertaste. This product significantly rids the body of heavy metals, and contains nutrients and vitamins. I can tell the difference in my well being - for sure. Wonderful product.

I can definitely tell when I take and don't take this stuff. More bowel movements (1-2 extra) when I do followed by a fantastic balanced feeling afterwards. Not so when I don't take it. I haven't experienced noticable energy improvements other than feeling less sluggish after what I mentioned above. I do not doubt it's ridding my body of impurities. That said, if you're not use to the smell or taste, get the tablets. You know you're taking an earthy supplement since the tablets smell like a cross between fish food and dog food. There's no aftertaste with the tablets or gassy smelly burping. I'll be ordering again the pros outweigh the cons by a wide enough margin.
