The reason I purchased this one specifically, is that I heard in a video of some doctor saying that spirulina resource it important, you need to look for location that wasn't exposed to radiation as much, so hawaiian is one of the best locations for spirulina. I'm not 100% certain if this is real of just advertising. I purchased another one before it, but wasn't sure if I should use it as the source location was not clear. I'm not spirulina expert, first time to use, I hope this is helpful. This one comes as powder, I don't like its taste much, so I mix it with spoon of something with strong taste (jam, peanut butter...) I tried mixing it with drinks, but it sits in the bottom of the cup, so you need to finish all your drink to get it and the taste is not pleasant. Also compared to the one I purchased before, this one is slightly less smelly.

I was inspired to try this supplement because of a Youtube video I watched about the benefits of using Spirulina. I am a 53 year old woman in perimenopause that despite how hard I try to take care of myself, the energy is just not there. So I decided to try this to see if it would help with natural energy. Well, let me tell you... I am pleasantly surprised that it has reached my expectations. Now, the taste was beyond horrific. The first time I drank it was like drinking from a fish tank. I literally almost threw up. But I discovered adding lemon juice helps so I can handle it now. The energy is long lasting and not jittery like caffeine but you just feel a little more alert, a little more stronger while working out. The type of energy like you have been eating healthy. It also has reduced my appetite a little. I feel like I can make better choices because I have a calm energy. I drink 1/2 teaspoon with my pre work out drink and another 1/2 teaspoon at 1pm and I can just go all day long. No stomach issues. I also put the powder in a glass and put just a little water and mix it with a fork like a paste before pouring the full glass of water in it. This helps it not be clunky.

Amazing Spirilina first one that taste bland has is easy to drink . I have tried many spirulina powders and this is the first one that has a neutral taste . Very easy to drink and extremely palatable .
