If you put a bowl before turning it on, does it start from 0g or you need to remove always the weight of the bowl used?

It is more accurate if you put your empty bowl on and press the button to zero the weight , then when you weigh your item it will exclude the bowl weight . If you don't zero it , I don't think accuracy can be guaranteed
