Hello friend, No, the UGREEN PD 24W Car Charger does not support Samsung super fast charging. But it can output 7.5W to charge the S23 Ultra. Hope it helps.

Hi friend, When only one port of this 24W car charger is used at a time, the USB A port outputs 9V2A/12V1.5A at max, and the USB C port outputs 9V2.2A/12V1.67A at max. Hope it helps.
