Gym quality, fantastic price, minor quibble
I've taken spin classes in 6 gyms over more than a decade, I know what a spin bike should feel like. Gym bikes can be great, when they're well maintained. They are very heavy, strong enough to handle out-of-saddle power without feeling flimsy, smooth/quiet, and have a great range of easily controllable resistance. I've only had the Sunny for a week and have now ridden it five times. First encounter with the shipping box was surprising, the box was too heavy to carry. The bike has to weigh over 100 pounds which was/is an initial sign of quality. Unpacking was simple, the build was beyond easy. The only thing I could think of that could possibly confuse is that the left pedal is reverse threaded, like on an actual bicycle. First ride, very promising. The heavy frame is well designed and rigid, no concerns about stiffness or overpowering the bike. It's very quiet, watching a TV show would barely require raising the volume. The flywheel is 40 pounds which makes for a consistent feel at the pedal. I had a few concerns, all regarding resistance. 1) Touchy! A few millimeters separated light resistance from very heavy which made it hard to precisely dial it in. 2) Worse - The resistance also had a considerable random factor. Over a heavy pedal section, without touching the resistance the pedals went from manageable to overly heavy where I'd have to back off the resistance then add back on slowly. This isn't something you want to fiddle with when hammering. After a few more rides, I realized the issue was with cadence - a manageable resistance at say 90 rpm became harder at 70 rpm which had the perverse effect of feeding back on itself and rapidly stopping the flywheel. No bueno. I assumed especially the second problem could be just bedding in the brake which was obviously new upon delivery. Rides 2 - 4 weren't any better and I was preparing to message Sunny about it. I reviewed the manual which didn't touch on these challenges. There was a note about a monthly application of silicone-based lubricant. Looking on-line, this is a common suggestion for various spin bike brake issues so I got some and tried that. I put it on last night and did a hard ride today - fixed, 100%, on both concerns. It's only been one ride but my issue was narrow and has been completely solved. I think Sunny should include a small bottle in the package. The ride went from a 'pretty good, but . . .' to absolutely terrific. The bike rides as well as any gym bike I've been on. It's easily worth 5 stars and easily worth the price. I can't imagine I'm the only person that's had brake issues and even people that don't consider them issues would be tremendously benefited by having some silicone lubricant on the brake pad. So, so money.

Dollar for dollar this is the best deal on the market for a home-based spin bike.
This new bike has compromises, but, compared to many higher priced models, will absolutely meet the needs all but the most demanding riders. Like many reviewers, I had checked out the Peloton bike. At $2,250, it was well outside my comfort zone. This set me on a quest for something moderately priced that would work with the Peloton app or other class videos. By adding the Wahoo cadence and HRM, an iPad bracket, an iPhone bracket, and a low-cost set of weights, it is possible to create a very low cost yet highly effective spinning solution. I am very happy with it. That said, it is not perfect. Here are the pros and cons so far: Pros: Delivered to the door. Gotta love Amazon Prime. Heavy flywheel. Heavier than Peloton. Heavy bike. This adds to stability. Rock solid even when cranking flat out. Easy to move around. I donโt need to move mine, but it is easy. Silent. Belt drive is extremely well done. Smooth as silk. Quality and feel of a good gym spin bike. Tension / resistance system. Simple but effective. Itโs not magnetic nor digital, so you need to get a feel for it, but after a while you can dial it in quickly. Overall fit and finish are very good. Excellent finish, clean welds, etc. Easy to assemble. Screw on the pedals, connect the seat, bars, and two brackets. Done. 10 minutes. Cons: Dented frame and chipped paint from shipping damage. Not horrible and certainly not worth returning, but disappointing. Plastic sleeve for seat tube was not formed properly. It is strictly cosmetic, very hard to see, but would not be tolerated on a more expensive bike. This has no impact on the bike and is a minor point. Handlebars: they donโt slide forward/backward. At 5โ6โ, they are a bit too far away for comfort. The seat is properly forward and it is still a bit too much of a stretch to reach the bars. Not horrible but an inch and a half would be huge. Adjustments: The sure lock seat and handlebar adjustments are very solid and high quality. The problem is that the ideal seat height for me is in between the two closest settings. Again, not horrible and I am fine with it, but finer adjustment wold be nice. All in all a great bike for the money โ and worth the difference compared to the less expensive Sunny models.

Great cycle, arrived a bit flawed
As others have mentioned, this cycle is very high quality for the price and very quiet. I haven't used it much yet but so far it is on par with those at my gym. The only noticeable functional difference worth noting is that the difficulty adjustment isn't quite as smooth in transition as the super expensive machines but that's not a big deal. It has a great variety of adjustments available so I had no problem dialing in the right adjustments for my 6' 2" frame. (If you are over 6' 5", I could see this bike being a bit small in terms of how far back the seat can be placed - I have it all the way back and it's just right for me). It's straightforward and easy to assemble: you just have to attach handlebars, pedals and floor stands on each end, which takes about 20 minutes in all. I'm knocking off one star since mine came with some dents, dings and tough-to-remove smudges on the white frame. The mounting point area for the rear brace mount was badly bent about 1/3 inch or more upwards on one end so I had to bang it bang down into shape in order to bolt it to the floor piece (which caused the paint to chip a bit, even though I used a sturdy rubber mallet). There are some chips/dings in the paint under the seat section on the cycle as well that are noticeable, which appear to be caused at the factory, ie, I don't see how they could have happened during shipping. Overall, I'm very happy with the cycle for the price and after doing a fair amount of research on the matter, don't see how you could beat it for the price.

Left pedal issues day after assembling.
In theory this was a great bike for the first 30 minutes of use. However during the first 30 minute workout I noticed the left pedal acting strange, and then the second it was more or less wobbly. I stopped mid workout to try to look at it, and the pedal just slides in and out of the crank arm, there is no way to tighten it. Will wait to hear how fast sunny health customer service responds and what their option is, but not too excited to re-package 48 hours after receiving the bike. UPDATE After talking with customer service, they said they would send me a replacement crank arm and pedal but I was required to purchase a tool to remove and reinstall the crank arm. As I deemed that unfair, I returned the bike and purchased a used one. Thank you Amazon for amazing customer service.

Sunny Service turned this around
I bought this bike to use with Peloton digital and to train for longer outdoor rides this summer. It assembled easily. I loved everything about it. For the price point, it was exactly what I was looking for--cleated pedals, adjustable seat height, and ability to customize with a cadence monitor bought separately. Was a super satisfied customer. I did have some problems with the right pedal beginning to tilt and seemingly becoming misthreaded. Prior to ordering the bike, I checked the reviews and saw a few complaints about pedals. I assumed they had installed them incorrectly. I was meticulous in installing mine. Eventually, I contacted Sunny via email and they sent out a new pedal set and crank arm to fix it. I was not able to remove the crank (put on too tight in the factory?) and it ended up stripping. After a bit of back and forth with a third-party vendor contracted by Sunny to try to repair the bike, I decided to give up and see if I could return it or invoke the warranty for a refund. But when I looked up the vendor policies on Amazon (not Sunny the manufacturer), I realized that I was a month and a half out of being able to return and 3 days out of having warranty repair. Argh!! Always, always, always keeps tabs on return and warranty deadlines for large products like fitness equipment. Lesson learned. UPDATE: Well, Sunny certainly came through. Despite being under no legal obligation to do so, they shipped out a replacement bike and it is problem-free. I'm back to doing Peloton digital and a happy customer. If I were to go back in time, I would be super, super meticulous about assembly and at the first sight or sound of any issue, contact Sunny AND the vendor and address it right away. A word about Sunny service: there was a lot of back and forth via email trying to diagnose the problem and send out the correct parts or third-party repair service. I had direct contact with the same customer service professional the entire time. She was super patient and super helpful--even when I was getting super frustrated. She even made sure to follow up more than once when the replacement bike arrived to make sure there were no additional issues. This was a perfect case of customer service saving the day. I would still recommend Sunny products for those who want a good at-home bike for a modest price point. Their persistence in making things right made me upgrade this review back to five stars.

Love the bike
I considered purchasing the Peloton bike but after much consideration decided on purchasing this bike. I am so glad that I did. I was very worried that the bike would be flimsy because of the price tag when compared to higher quality bikes. I previously owned a Johnny G Spinner bike (years ago) and I sold it for some unknown reason (dumb me!) Anyways I decided, after seeing those Peloton commercials, that I wanted to start spinning again but just couldn't make that huge expense with the ongoing contract that it requires. So after researching and reading so many reviews on indoor bikes for spinning I purchased this bike. There were not many reviews for this particular bike because it was a newer model but what I noticed was that there was so many good reviews for their other bikes so I figured this one would definitely be better since it was a little more expensive and a newer model. Now the bike. This bike is extremely sturdy and comparable to my old Johnny G I had and also the spin bikes at my local gym. Nothing flimsy about it. I am 5"2 (petite) and the bike is perfect for me. It adjusts for a wide range of statures. I use this bike with the Peloton app (awesome classes). I purchased an IPad mount and use the Motosumo app to measure Cadence with my cell phone (no sensor required) just be sure to get the right cell phone mount (I chose the Finn) as seen in my pic. I have only done about 4 classes but I am hooked. I never get a chance to get a bike at my local gym because classes are always full and you have to show up early. I like to workout quick and be done with it. Very happy with my purchase! Overall expense I spent on all my accessories plus the bike was less than $550.00 I highly recommend this bike to anyone considering the purchase. I have included some pics of the bike with my ipad and cell phone mounts.

this bike is made very sturdy, why pay more for some other bike
My AMAZON RATINGS Product as described. this bike is made very sturdy, why pay more for some other bike. This one spinn's quietly and smoothly. What more can I say. Pros: + product as described + photo as Shown + Good quality Cons: - None -- How I rate โ 5 Stars: Works exactly as advertised, is a good value at the price point purchased, would buy again or recommend to a friend. 4 Stars: Works exactly as advertised, fit/finish are what you'd expect when purchasing this type of product, might have a minor flaw. 3 Stars: Generally works but it may not be a good value at the price point or might like to see changes / improvements. 2 Stars: Barely works but can be made useful if you try. 1 Star: Useless, does not perform its intended function whatsoever and is generally a waste of money, sending it back. Overall: I am giving this my star rating based on my criteria above. (Product photo as received) if this review was helpful let me know. Thanks :-)

Very solid and quiet. A nice budget bike.
We ordered the SF-B1509/C model (with dual pedal type) along with a phone holder, and Wahoo RPM speed and cadence sensors. Assembly took about 20-30 minutes once everything was out of the box; there is nothing complicated. One nice bonus is that it came with ALL tools needed for assembly, including a full wrench. All you need is a box-cutter to open packaging, and cut straps and ties. I've used the bike a couple of times so far and the bike is quiet, very solid construction, and seems like a nice buy overall. The seat seems to be just an inch or so wider on each side than my road bike seat. If you are sensitive to sitting on those narrow seats, you may want to use padded bike shorts or underwear, and/or a gel seat cover. Pair your phone to the speed/cadence sensors (1x setup only), mount your phone to the handlebars, and stream a spin class from your favorite site. You'll have your speed and cadence stats right there while you exercise. It's a nice cost-effective setup compared to some of the expensive bikes and digital monitors. If you have an ANT-compatible heart-rate monitor straps, you can also get those stats on your Wahoo fitness app along with everything else. I'm happy from what I've experienced so far.

Just what i was looking for!
I was looking for a straight forward exercise bike without the tech or monitor because I'm not interested in knowing my heart rate, distance, speed or timer, nor am i interested in online classes with someone reeling a list of motivational clichรฉs to keep me going (you know the brand name). I purchased this on 22/12/2022 and paid ยฃ159.10 sold by Amazon EU S.a.r.L then a couple of days later notices the price hiked up to ยฃ329.99 glad I'm brought this when I did now, plus there isn't a warranty on this outside USA I'm in the UK. Setup was easy to do and the tools were included, but keep hold of the manual as it has instructions for maintenance required for daily-weekly and monthly including belt tightening should a problem arise. Also Sunny have some maintenance videos on YouTube to help you with removing the felt/leather pads for oiling but you can also use a clean wire brush to rough the leather up a bit for extra friction. So having used this for 1 week now I cannot fault this exercise bike it has been silent to use. I set a 45 minute timer on my echo dot and the bike is Infront of the bedroom TV and I watch indoor cycling on YouTube so its like having a cycle simulator and its easier and safer as its winter months with cold dark mornings to roll out of bed and use this set up (cycling around the alps LOL) than dragging myself outside in the wintry conditions. Overall I'm pleased.

excelente producto

pros and cons
Pros Heavy duty and very strong Very good price compare to other models available Easy to assemble, no need for professional assistance cons The seat is very small and uncomfortable, one can consider replacing it with a better one No digital meter The paddle cover is only on the right side ( there is no paddle cover on the left side- so the bike is not the same as you see from the right side) paddle and seat quality are not good

Great bike
Easy to set up with the enclosed tool and had it up and running in about 15 minutes. Bike is solid and allows me to complete my workouts with ease. Weight is solid (does not move around) and well balanced when moving out of the way to store. Put a Wahoo and cadence and sensor on it and got the Peleton app. For a fraction of the cost, I can now enjoy Peleton rides on this great bike.
