Anyone have this trouble?...I can do one whole rev & feel no change in resist..other times a small change makes a big difference.

Yes! Not sure what to do. The resistance never seems to be consistent. I can't quite get to a sustainable resistance level, especially in the seat. When I try to get to a 50% resistance sitting, it progressively gets lighter..... not loving the bike right now.

Does anyone know of good replacement pedals? i bought spd clips and it’s always hard to get my shoes out, and the right shoe never comes out!

Just add a littler WD-40 to your clips on your shoes ONLY....should help with unclipping.

Confirmed. Its a Caged style on one side of the pedal, and the other side has the SPD compatibility

The seat hurts so bad. i've tried adjusting it every which way. what can i do?

I have been spinning for three years, the first year the seat hurt constantly - this is just your body getting used to spinning - not the bike. You can buy a pad to go over the seat but I found them to be little use. Once you get use to spinning it will stop hurting I promise.
