Bought for my teenager for school, they love it

I've owned this Chromebook since 2022 with zero issues and I'm pretty rough on it. I'm a teacher and have taken it to school with me everyday for the last 3 years without any protective gear other than my tote bag/backpack and it's never given me problems. I know I should take better of it, but everything I've subjected it to, it can definitely handle.

I like the size of the chromebook and the touch screen. It is different than my pc to set up and I am not a tech savvy person so I am still learning things about using the HP. It responds fast to my requests and opens quickly. At this time I am satisfied with this item and plan to keep it hopefully for a few years usage.

I am a purchase novice when it came to choosing a laptop. But I did good!!! Try it...for it's color, weight and convenience!

Bought this have something other than my phone to work on. It's relatively easy to use. I haven't had any problems with it. One big pro is that you do not need virus protection! I love the color too. Because it is a chromebook, I am unable to do some things with it, like use my Cricut machine. Make sure you read up on what you can and can't do with a chromebook before buying.

Got the Chromebook in today, opened, and found that, like others have expressed, the chromebook did NOT have a feature it was claimed. The photos shown AND the bullet points under the "About the product" spot clearly state that it comes with a SD Card reader. When I opened the package, there was a note in it saying "Read This First" which immediately claims that "some models don't have the reader. WTF? That's not the place you say that sort of thing. You need to have it in the description, or its fraud. There is only one photo, that causally notes that the SD Reader is not included as an unchecked box. That, is disturbing since it means that they knew it doesn't yet claimed it does in the details/text. Other than that, Screen is a lackluster 720. Not bad, but meh... touch screen response is good. As a brand new chromebook, it's response timeseemed pleasant. VERY LIGHT, feels like it could be broken or tossed around easily. Good for a responsible kid if they exist. Without an SD Card, it's useless to a person who needs to travel and need access to extra, non-cloud-allowed data.

I love my HP 14 in Chromebook octopus. Performance is great this. The speed, the battery life, the weight, and the versatility is all great. I bought my Chromebook laptop on Christmas 2 years ago and it's still going. I love HP products and I've never had any major problems with them.

I know it's not very expensive, but I expected the screen to be of sensible quality. Viewing angle is non-existing (which may be good for security, as noone will see athing if they are not looking at it at exactly 90 degrees), colours are not bright, it is dim, there is some tint not pleasant to an eye, so broadly speaking you won't use it for films or anything really but reading text. Even when you look at it at 90° angle the picture on the sides is fading, it is that bad... Other that that it's ok.

This Chromebook is exactly as promised. I was told it may arrive after Christmas but I was pleasantly surprised to get it beforehand.
